Polished Lounge respects and appreciates that our clients have busy and demanding lives that sometimes make last minute schedule conflicts unavoidable. We do ask for the same respect be shown to our team of professionals and therefore require a 24-hour advance notice when cancelling any appointment at Polished Lounge. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. For this reason, a major credit card is required to hold any appointment. You will not be charged until services are rendered, unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours and/or no-show your appointment (see below).

If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged as follows:

· Less than 24-hour notice: 20% of ticket total

No Shows

Clients who miss a scheduled appointment and do not provide 24 hours cancellation notice, will be considered a “no show” and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

Out of respect and consideration to our service professionals and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time for all scheduled appointments. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your Polished Lounge service provider will determine if there is enough time remaining to complete the booked service to our quality standards. Regardless of the service providers decision to give a partial service or none at all, you will be charged the full amount of the appointments booked.
